Someone stuck this under the wipers of my car today so I thought I'd share it with you. This is presented by the Junior League of Douglas County. They built the Children's Playgarden, which is handicapped-accessible, at Clinton Nature Preserve.When: April 26, 2008

To register for the 5K or Fun Run, go to http://www.active.com. Race day registration will be at 7:00 a.m. The one mile Fun Run starts at 8:00 a.m. and the 5K run starts at 8:30 a.m.

Registration is $20 for adults. Everyone who pre-registers by April 19 on http://www.active.com gets a t-shirt. After April 19 and on race day, the registration fee is $25, and t-shirts are first come, first serve. Adults can also register for $15, but you don't get a t-shirt. Children under 12 can register for $12, and $2 goes to the school of your choice. An award will be given to the school with the most entries. Proceeds go to the Junior League of Douglas County.
