The Irish Bred Pub opened on Monday. I and a friend were in there Wednesday evening. The appetizer I had (Maytag Chips) were yummy. I sampled my friend's Reuben sandwhich and we both agreed it was also very good. The beer prices are reasonable.
We at there Friday night. The kitchen timing was spotty (our appetizer, salads and entrees all arrived within about 5 minutes of each other), but the food was very good. We'll definitely go back.
The full menu service begins today (5/5) and trivia will be on Tuesday nights.
05/06/08 we had dinner at the pub. I had fish & chips & my husband had baby back ribs. They were both great and the prices were not bad either. Our bill was only $20.00 for the whole meal. There is room for improvement of the kitchen timing and the servers taking meals that should have gone to one table to thier own tables and the kitchen having to start your meal ovedr again...!!! But, the wait was not bad and the food was great. Growing pains I guess. We will definitely be going back. I would reccommend this place (and have already) to everyone...! I hope they do well.
We went last night for my son's 21st and were very pleased. The food was good overall - somewhat unimaginative salad and frozen mozzarella sticks but well cooked and the salad was super fresh. We also had the Maytag chips like Steffani and really enjoyed them. We all ate the steaks which were cooked perfectly and the servers were really sweet and friendly. We'll definitely go back again.
