7:55pm Officer at Checkers can't find accident.

8:04pm Heard nothing to the point that officers are directing traffic at the mall--I was up there around 3pm and it was extremely congested. I did see an officer standing out in the little island on Douglas Blvd and Chapel Hill Rd, but I think that may have been because a small group of Ron Paul campaigners were out on the corner of Douglas Blvd and Chapel Hil. He was not directing traffic--mainly just standing there, walking around in the island.
