Authorization to award bid for pavement marking to all firms, with Peek Pavement Marking of Columbus, GA as the primary vendor based on their submittal of the lowest rates for most items; Crossroads Contracting of Douglasville, GA as the secondary; and Highway Services, Inc. of Douglasville, GA as the third supplier. Approval of the “Scope of Services & Fee” proposal for the Douglas County Court & Governmental Administrative Facility Programming Services as set forth by Hullmuth, Obata, & Kassabaum, Inc. (HO&K). This proposal also includes the Douglas County Jail Project as well as the space study at the Old Douglas County Courthouse. (Eric Linton)
