7:56pm Someone (intentionally) pushed a buggy into someone’s car at a grocery store.

8:07pm Apparently person who pushed the buggy left the scene.

8:10pm Juveniles at Jessie Davis Park drinking beer.

8:11pm Two officers responded to buggy incident—one officer is looking for person who left scene.  Officer says the officer can continue but that there are two people down at the PD waiting to turn themselves in.

8:12pm Juveniles at park call is on hold—no available officers.
